Marton Primary School is a two form entry school with attached nursery. The main school was founded in 1992 and is situated in the ‘Marton Moss’ area of South Blackpool. We are easily accessible from Highfield Road which is also one of the major bus routes in the town.
The school has a spacious, inviting and modern feel. Unlike most other schools in the area, Marton Primary School benefits from being sited all on one level and has wide access doors and ramps, we also have line markings for visually impaired children.

 

We welcome all children aged between 3 – 11 years old, however we are unable to admit children without instruction from the Local Authority. For more information, please speak to the Blackpool Council School admissions team on 01253 746833, please be aware, school places may be limited.

 

Marton Primary School also has a modern purpose built nursery unit attached to the main school. Built in 2003, the nursery was a later addition to the main school.

 

The school has good ICT facilities, with two dedicated ICT rooms and the junior pupils enjoying the use of their own wireless portable computer.
Marton Primary School also achieves good sporting achievements, with a special built all-purpose multi use games pitch and large grass sports field. We also have good outdoor play activity areas for benefit of all children in school.
